I want to put Liberty3 v2.0 but it requires .602. And with .621 I can't get into the boot loader. can anyone point me in the right direction?

Once your on 621 you can't sbf back to anything else. Are you rooted? If not here's the steps you need to take to get yourself rooted http://www.droidxforums.com/forum/droid-x-general-discussion/45783-important-info-621-update.html you'll need to do the milestoneX 604 iso sbf and to get in bootloader mode power off your phone then press and hold in your camera button and also press and hold volume down button then also press and hold in your power button. Continue holding in all 3 buttons till you see a flash on the screen then release your power button followed by the other buttons. Once your rooted you can install the patched version of liberty made for 621 found here http://www.droidxforums.com/forum/g...m-thread-blur-based-roms-those-621-604-a.html

Im assuming you mean 602. No you can't it won't work you'll just get an error if you try. You'll have to sbf to 604 using the linux iso sbf method if you want to root and install liberty like you said. There's apparently another way now to root 621 but im not familiar with the method nor do i know how well it works but the links i gave you previously work perfectly. Here's a link to the latest root method http://rootzwiki.com/topic/31737-possible-root-method-for-droidx-on-621-reported-working/ I've heard that it's been tried and reported that it works on the DX but that's all i know.
