4G / 3G Toggle in ICS?

I used to use an app called 4G Toggle to open the setting on my Razr and disable 4G/LTE (use 3G only). After getting the OTA ICS I cannot figure out how to do this. The new modes are now Global, LTE / CDMA, and GSM / UMTS. I believe I want CDMA only to turn off 4G. Anyone knows how to do this?

I use the "LTE On/Off" app on my Razr Maxx, and I select "GSM/CDMA auto (PRL)" for 3G only.

Thanks couldnt seem to turn of the 4g it kept on killing my battery.........!

I use notification toggle app on google market. Love the app. You use it from the pulldown menu. You can just add it on.
