403 Forbidden error - Blogger App

I'm using the Blogger app and can post a blog entry no problem as long as it's just text, no pictures.
When I attach a picture (from the phone) and upload the blog entry I get a '403 Forbidden' error.
I have searched and looked ALL OVER and have not even found another person with the same problem. I can't be the only one with this problem.

Phone: HTC Incredible, 2.2 Android update.

I downloaded "Bloggerdroid" and it seems to work well.... I tried a couple other blogger apps and had errors all the time.
