Grabbed this over at xda. A couple of people got 4.0.4 ota and have posted the zip file!

That realease number is 4.0.2 the 53 anyway. It only 29 mb too...you sure this is legit?

So far one guy mentioned that his speaker is much louder and was able to uninstall the volume + app!

volume is louder on cna1.3.0 which is still 4.0.3.

This is awesome news though!!! Hellllllz yeayuh a new update. I'm gonna wait till the dwvs get ahold of it first though. Gonna be sweet!

Radios only can be installed through TBH app. That's what I did and its been great so far.

Those steps were for the GSM version. I'm guessing its the same process, but I haven't read it yet to look at the subtleties.
