4.0.4 Update..my phone wake up slower

for the record im not rooted. to lazy LOL

After the update my phone wake up so damn slow and laggy. I press the power button and swipe to unlock it would hesitate or lag a abit. and when i swipe my unlock pattern, i would have to press freaking hard. it is not sensing my finger most of the time. even after i unlock, i have to press harder on the screen then before the update. what is going on?

4.0.4 seems to do an auto brightness adjustment right when phone comes on which messes with response.
