.340 Auto-Deodexer

Anyone know where I can find a .zip update to auto-deodex my stock .340? Also, anyone have any links for themes for a deodexed stock. One more thing... I saw somewhere an "auto bloat" script to remove the bloatware from a stock ROM... anyone know where I can get that? Sorry for the questions, my step-mom got a droid X today and doesn't want a custom ROM, but does want a new theme and overclock, figured I could hook her up and debloat her phone too...

I bet you could root her phone and make some changes without her even knowing. She just doesn't want stuff messed up.
