Android has been a phenomenal success ever since it was first released to the general public one year ago (yes, it has been in development for a lot longer, but 1.5 was the first version to go public). This operating system for mobile devices now has over 80,000 apps on its marketplace, and the thing just keeps growing every single day.

There have been a lot of cool apps released this summer, and the upcoming version 3.0 OS will give developers even more possibilities. But right now, there are 2 apps that have just been released this month, which you simply have to check out!

I am talking about two big giant developers Mozilla FireFox Beta and Adobe AIR which is available now for Android:

Adobe AIR is cool I ran the beta and it worked well. Skip Firefox because it absolutely and totally sucks. I mean sucks on a level of sucks that would make porn stars jealous.

Adobe Air is an application that is built on top of a cross platform runtime that allows developers to build one application and then deploy it across multiple platforms

I've got Adobe Air but read there are still some problems with FireFox. :(
