Has anyone seen a way to root with gb update?

not yet just give it a little bit of time i have been working on it but i havent been able to figure it out and the best way is to restore to when you got the phone and do it

with those guys together now, you can rest assured the best are working their tails off to get it rooted...

Jeeze >.> does no one really read the dozens of other topics that ask the same question? >.< It's currently being worked on but no one knows how long it will take. Dam GB!

I just hate that you can't have the choice to update it forced me too. I would have waited for the root to come out and then updated and rooted then.

have you tried doing a factory data reset like you got the phone out of the box it puts all the stuff back on it and added froyo i have done it that way but i didnt root my incredible 2 at all but my buddy did and it worked with doing the factory reset to out of the box.

Tried. Gb was still there. The phone is still really fast. So I guess I'll makebthe best of it while they work out a root
