Broken ringtone/notification personalization

I'm running an Incredible 2 with 2.3.3 non-rooted, and today it decided that it wont let me get into my sound set, ringtone, notification sound, or alarm in the personalize section. When I click on any of these options it gives me the notification that "The linked program is no longer installed on your phone." Whenever I try to go any other way around to the ringtones section it forces a close. I haven't run into any fixes on the web, and I'd like to leave customer support as a last resort. If anyone has anyone run into this issue, or has a fix I could apply to it it would be greatly appreciated.

The alarm is a recent issue from the 2.3.3 update. They screwed something up there. The sound set is new though. I just checked mine and it works. No ideas for you but to call HTC directly first, not Verizon. HTC reps will be able to see if its been reported yet. Good luck!
