I have a question... say the update hits tonight... how long til a manual update is ready for the rest who don't get OTA tonight?

Less than an hour. Someone will have the full url within 20 minutes (probably within 5 really but im being conservative), so you can download and install it even if you didnt get the OTA push.

As for customized updates, that'll take a few days.

well here i am gonna burn midnight oil.. don't know why last update i had to do manually. but you got to stay awake for it does anyone know if it will be midnight est or what?
