1x Navigation to 3G

hi.

Well i have a Droid Pro (xt610) and i sent the phone to my company service (iusacell) to configure the equipment. the company works with CDMA network and when they finished to configure the droid pro, they told me that i only can navigate with 1x data connection if i want to navigate with 3g evdo i needs to flash a generic monster file.

Any suggestions?

Not the same problem but does anyone know how to get from 1x back to 3g after being stuck in 1x for a while?

If i'm in a shoddy service area like a
In a basement my phone goes to 1x mode, which is fine, but when I re-emerge it will not go back to 3g until I restart it.
