I think that time frame needs to be adjusted when ordering your phone online. I ordered my phone on last Thursday and it's being delivered today. I've already lost 3 days by the time my phone hits my door step. Smh...

Trust me, you wouldn't want to trade it for any other phone. But i know what you mean, should be longer! Unless they count it by the time you activated it...??:unsure::unsure:

The return period starts when the phone is delivered. No changes are needed.
