did you cd/ to the tool dir? If you are, I'd recheck the name and make sure it's not a zip.zip

I forgot the blatantly obvious one, did you setup the path correctly?

I cant dl'd the files while at work. Lets start at the beginning. Try adb devices and make sure it finds you phone. So in the tool dir type adb devices

Then the only thing i can think of id the file itself. Turn the file ext on in windows. Sometimes files get named blah.zip.zip Make sure this isnt happening

Im out of ideas. This is such a simple process, I am lost on the cause of the problem. Im still suspicious of your file. When i was trying my own it was saved as a zip.zip. Took me forever to figure it out. If this hasnt been resolved by the time i get home ill look into it more.

emm k.. I just downloaded and push your boot animation no problem.. This is interesting to me. I'm gonna assume you tried this mulitple times and it never worked. Maybe reboot the phone and try again. Nice animation though, just not my style. :p Also heads up it shows up as a white screen only.
