Why can't I play mp3 files that I download on the Droid?

When I try to play a file I downloaded, it says something to the effect of "This file type is not supported."

Are you sure they are mp3 and not wav files? If they are .wav, download mp3 version or get an app that plays WAV.

i use itunes lol just go to your itunes music folder and copy what you want into your droid make a new folder in the root of your droid called music open one of the mp4 with astro and then they all will go into you music app
