i got the free one and plus 4 its nice and audible

You can also do a Google search for the developer's website and download the full version that is also free. Only difference is you have to download it, put it on your sd card, then install it from a file manager.

there's an internal SD card. And no you only need to be rooted to change the in call volume steps. Placing it on your SD is as easy as hooking up your Nex to your PC

On the Gnex you have to go to Settings/Sound/Music Effects and select Volume+ instead of MusicFX for it to work.

When everybody says Volume + do you mean Volume Control +? And when you click on go to developers web site from the market i see no place for download? I must be missing something.
