What's wrong with my calendar background

    Can anyone tell me why my background to my google calendar looks like this at the top?
    I really don't feel like resetting everything to see if that fixes it but if I have to then I will.

    ok. i guess no one has an idea. i ask this then... ive tried to uninstall the calendar.apk with root manager. i then tried to download and install a new one and i get the same thing with the screen. it has that splinter thing at the top and i cant read the events of the day. why would a new .apk do the same thing?
    im running heXen rom if that makes a difference.
