Want to update UNSAFE SYSTEM rom

I was looking for some expert advice, I have the .206 leak on my D4 as my UNSAFE system rom, and .217 as my SAFE SYSTEM rom (via safestrap), How can I update the MAIN (unsafe) system to the latest OTA?

I know I will have to re-root and reinstall safestrap, I just want to make sure I do not brick my phone.

go to unsafe system un-install safestrap and do this
