VZW site acting up?

My VZW not allowing me to change texting plan

I want to change my texting from unlimited ($20.00/month) to 1,000 messages ($10.00/month). When I do it on the My Verizon Wireless website, it says, "Sorry. This transaction is not available online at this time" and tells me to call tech support. When I call the tech support number, that fires up the My Verizon Mobile app on my phone. When I try to change the texting plan there, texting isn't clickable:



Why is VZW making it so difficult for me to change my texting plan?

I was just on there. seems their servers are really busy. the wait time on each page... ew. I was researching because i want to upgrade 2 of my 4 lines. Each page took forever. I even ended the chat I had going with the rep.
