Visual Voice APK

I've searched for this all though the site. I need the apk for the visual voice that came with the X. Anyway to get it or does it not work with the deodexed phone?

For some reason when I download the vvm file, it won't install. Any idea what I am doing wrong? I am using Tranquility 2.3.8

Actually, the message I get is "it is not installed" . Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
