Video playback app?

Yes, I'm a noobie... but find the stock video player on the X to be lacking. I'd like something with fast-forward, reverse, chapter skip forward, chapter skip backward at a minimum. the stock player only allows pause/play. to move forward or backward you have to touch the dot on the 'movie length' bar at the bottom of the screen, which not only is difficult but extremely inaccurate.

Maybe I'm missing something... I'm new to android, but would have expected a bit more functionality in the video player.

Many people use Act 1 for video playback.
