I hadn't checked it out before- now that they have carryover data, I haven't come close to going over. Looks like it's 128 Kbps. Pretty terrible haha.

Those kind of notes without proof have been posted here since August 2015.

You guys are too kind <3

Yes, 2yr officially ended for consumers on 1/5. We were told on 1/3.

As far as AT&T unlimited plan, yes you must have either DirecTV or AT&T UVerse TV to get it. A single line is $60/month plus $40 line access fee. There is NO Hotspot. Your speeds MAY slow if you are on a tower with high traffic and you have used more than 22gb that billing cycle. The moment you move to a less congested tower, you are back to normal speeds. A coworker consistently uses over 40gb a month on this plan and has never experienced throttling.

For those on the newer Verizon plans with Safety Mode, or AT&T Mobile Share Advantage plan, if you have used all of your plan data, carryover/rollover data, you will be slowed to 128kb/s until the end of your billing cycle. On Verizon, you can go in and "boost" your data for $15 and get 1gb additional LTE data. On AT&T, the only way to get more high speed data is to change plans.

Is it 200 gigs per line? Or 200 per plan? We are heavy data users because we have no other way of internet other than tethering or Hughes net. If this happens I guess we will bite the bullet and switch plans and just slow down the usage. Also, do they take your last 2 or 3 bills and check the data? These are all questions that probably don't have an answer. I don't know. I love having unlimited data but I pay out the wazoo for it.

Don't all the others who may have unlimited cut back speed after you pass a certain amount?

I have never been throttled by TMo, even though they say the can, it has not happened to me.

I'm currently at 16.35GB and I use my phone as a want. Streaming, Netflix, Tethering, Torrent, etc.

I think tmo throttles after 26gb has been reached and you are on a congested tower.
