USB not mounting - mass storage not working

I just flashed the CM9 ICS 4.0.4, and I'm not able to connect it to my PC. When plugged in, its still discharging, and mass storage comes up, but I can't view the SD card. Any help?

"USB Debugging" is still checked, right?

Debugging is checked. Could it be a usb driver?

You could try reinstalling the drivers. You can get them at USB and PC Charging Drivers - Motorola Mobility, Inc. USA

Reboot the phone, perhaps.

It may also be the CM9 ICS that's preventing it. I haven't even rooted so I don't know if any ROMs aren't playing nice.

its the rom. im on axiom and it does the same thing.unplug it from the computer wait a couple of seconds then plug it back in it will mount the second time'

I'm gonna go with "It's a ROM thing." One little bit of software isn't running quite right.
