Update Blocked due to network status

So it appears as if my phone has just tried to install an ota update (im not sure why since it is not to be released for a few weeks). But anyway, i was on a phone call for around two minutes, and after i got off the phone, the notification "Update Blocked Due to Network Status" flashed toward the bottom of my homescreen several times. Im rooted so i cant install the update, what do you guys think this is? maybe it is just some other random app, but most apps i know show notifications in the notifications bar, not on the homescreen. any help would be appreciated. thanks
