Sometimes if you have a long browsing session in the browser or are using some memory intensive app, and then hit the home button, it takes several seconds for the home screen to "redraw".

The redraw fix makes the home screen snap back at a much faster rate, often instantly. It is by no means necessary but it does seem to help a lot with the redraw issue.

Well, car home works after downloading the app from the market. But upon exiting car home, it causes Launcher to force close in a bad way. It then takes nearly a full minute for the home redraw.

Anyone else experiencing this?

BTW, this is not a complaint, but merely an observation, and I am curious if this is limited to just my device, or if this is common.

I think I had a fc on first time use. but I cleared cache and data for that app, wiped dalvik cache, and rebooted...and it no longer fc.
