Undervolt Question

I am undervolting with the script in terminal emulator. ULV option #10. I have a two questions

1) if I am undervolting could / would that cause me to drop from 3g to 1x more often.

2) Is there a way to see what speed my processor is running at? I have a widget that tells me my temp but have not been able to find something that will tell me what speed my processor is running at.

I have Setcpu but uninstalled it as I was getting better performance with liberty 1.0 using Jrummy script in terminal emulator. I used to run ULV option 5. When I installed 1.5 I tried ULV #10 however I seem to changing between 3g and 1x more often.
