Unable to access Market after Froyo update

After the Froyo update, am unable to access the Market application. Receive error message at the "terms of service" indicating that I need to try back later.

Have attempted to clear the 'market' cache in the application manager and powering down the phone, to no avail. Any assistance you all could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Can't access the Market either! Error "A network error has occurred. Retry or cancel and return to previous screen.
