Two ICS 230 irritations

Tell me if yours does this:

1. No more trigger voice dialing thru your BT headset. Crap! I depended upon that feature.

2 Phone dialler doesn't auto-clear the last number dialed when you open it and start to dial a different number.

I will boot into recovery and wipe the cache again and see if that helps.

Your ideas please?

I dont use a bt headset but I do use bt on my cars radio.. try going into settings > security & screen lock and see if "Allow Bluetooth Bypass" is checked.. that might fix your first problem. as for the 2nd problem.. i hardly use the dialer.. but i did just try and mine does clear out.. so i dunno

Yep, BT bypass was set.

I wiped the cache again and the BT voice dialing works now.

Haven't yet tried the dialer.

Wow you scared me. I drive a truck and its a 2700 dollar fine (no I didnt accidently add a zero, just talked to a guy who got nailed a couple of days ago) to use the handset. I have got to have voice dial without touching the phone.
