Toddler Lock App Issues

I downloaded the Toddler Lock App. Worked great for 24 hours then just stopped working. For those of you that have it I get to the screen where it says I must check the box and then click on toddler lock to acknowledge how I want the phone to react, but I have to do this like 5 times then it gives me an error message. I tried unintalling it and reinstalling it, but no-go. My daughter loved this app and I really would like to get it rolling again. Any suggestions at all??? Thank!!

follow up - the creator of the toddler lock saw this post and messaged me to help me fix this. He was a tremendous help and I appreciate his dedication to helping me find the issue. In the end what we found out was another application was keeping toddler lock from working properly.
Just an FYI for any others out there that might run into this issue -
Toddler Lock will not work when you download the application called "ANdrawing" on the incredible. I obviously uninstalled the ANdrawing as my toddler LOVES the Toddler application!!!
