titanium back up help! cant restore apps

so im trying to reinstall some of the apps that i supposedly backed up with TB. and this is what i get

Doesn't that purple check mark mean that only data is backed up for those apps? I've not used Titanium a lot, but that's what the legend in menu says - "Data".

yea i noticed that to, but i when i backed them up i chose to back up the app AND data.. apparently it didnt work that way.
