Time for flash stock 2.2 by RSD Lite?

I use RSD Lite to flash the stock 2.2 rom
I take about 1 hours and more to complete.
Is it normal? How long you require?

Any other tools is better for flash the rom?

No. That's the only way to flash a SBF, and it's never taken me that long.

btw, i upgraded to 2.3.3 finally.
