Thunderbolt replacement digitizer issues

I am a professional phone repair store. The last couple of tb we did we have issues with replacement digis. First, the non branded copies dont work right at all out of the package. Switched to branded verizon, and hope to be oem. They work for a few hours maybe a day then go hay wire. We have literally gone through 10 digis on 3 phones to get one good one. Is it possible we are doing something wrong during replacement? Is there some hidden thing like the ground tab on the Sensation? Or is it just that the replacement parts are all junk? Anyone know where i can get a true oem replacement? Until this is solved we are no longer repairing TB. I am at my wits end with these phones.

same issue

I just replaced the digitizer and lcd in an HTC Thunderbolt as well and have the same problems as you listed. The repair seemed easy on a Smartphone scale. Did you find a resolution to your problem?
