the bottom touch buttons do not light up right away sometimes

Hi,
Anyone else has this? The bottom touch buttons do not light up right away when you turn the screen on. This happens sometimes. When it does it takes like 2 min to light up but before they do they are functional.
Any ideas?

Those lights only come on when you phone senses they need to be on. In bight light they stay off to save energy and you can see them perfectly fine. When it's darker in the room the sensor realizes this and turns them on. You can test this by covering and uncovering the sensor at the top of the phone just to the left of the verizon logo.
