Is there an app for text autorespond based on the received message content or keywords?

I'm pretty sure tasker can do that among a million other things. I was reading the other day that some guy created a profile for tasker that would autorespond to an sms. When he didn't want to be bothered or wanted to sleep, he put the phone face down. He created the profile so that whenever the phone was face down, tasker would autorespond with a specific message.

However it may be simpler to use autoresponder:
