tethering issues

So I've always been able to run wireless tether for root users perfectly. But for some reason when I really need to get my laptop online the comp is connecting but saying there is no internet access... suggestions? I've also tried a bluetooth and usb tether.. thanks

I had the same problem, I switched kernels to P3s and everything worked again. Hope this helps!

Thanks.. I tried the p3 kernals but it didn't help.. anyone else have suggestions? Thanks
