Sync Help

I was texting somebody and it said that I could not have any messages because my phone was full so i clicked clear cache and it let me text but when I went to my contacts all of them were gone so I tried to go back and sync my contacts from facebook but it will only let me sync them from gmail how can I sync my facebook contacts?
