Strange Bluetooth Problem

I have been having a problem with my stock Rezound and BT. I only use it in the car. It seems that the first time it is used when in the car, it does not connect to the audio system. I can make a call, but then must use the handset. After that, it seems to work on subsequent calls. The same will occur with the first incoming call. I will be notified that a call is coming in, but when trying to connect, no audio.

I really have not tried any troubleshooting, but will note that I have done a factory reset for other reasons, without change. Any thoughts?
