Stock Browser Out of Control?

I'm running an app called WatchDog Lite.

It tells me when an app is taking up massive resources.

It's been beeping a ton showing me the stock browser is taking 45% and it's not even shown as running.

Any ideas?

Figured it out.

Unlike other phones this syncs a ton including books and the browser.

Mine was having a hard time so I disabled books and browser sync.

Probably will save battery.
