Static on video

I don't have a galaxy s3 now but I did and I went to a concert and was videoing while on the phone so they could hear the concert and when I went to playback the video, the video was static and you couldn't hear them singing or hardly anything. I have the videos on the computer now but is there anyway you can fix it so it'll sound like normal?! please help
