Problem fixed. Not sure what caused it. I messed arround with every single thing i could find on the device related to sound and i guess one of the things I did worked. Now i can turn it from zero to 100% without the device pausing the video/music. I have rooted the phone and uses Wanam Xposed where I have set "Disable loud volume warning". Dont think that caused this problem, just throwing it out there.
