Some theme help with dialer and Gtalk app

I have 2 edits I'd like to make. I'd like to invert the Gtalk application back to a white bg and black text, and I'd asking like to make the dialer numbers transparent.

Anyone care to point me in the direction of the file needed to make these edits happen?
