Thanks for that. I'm a truck driver and I've been trying to figure the new stuff out from behind the wheel today so I missed it. My only dislike now is the fact that it now takes an extra step to make a call from the contacts menu since there's no phone icon with the names. I have to touch the contact on the list which brigns it up by itself in another window before I can choose to call. Am I missing something?

Unfortunately that's just how ICS works. You can use the favorite contacts widget to cut a step out, it sits on my main screen.

You can also call people with voice actions which is nifty and what I do if I need to place a call while driving. Just hold down the search capacitive button on the bottom right of the phone and when voice search pops up say "Call xxxx" and it will dial for you. You can also text the same why by saying "Text xxx" and follow immediately with your message after the name and it will generate the text for you.
