You can sent it via email or connect your phone to your computer via the usb cable, allow the usb drivers to download and install if they haven't already. Put your phone in Mass Storage mode and move or copy the file from PC to SD card. Note, use the usb cable that came with the phone. Not just any usb cable will work in some instances.

Connect your razr with the usb and two storage types will pop up if your phone is in mass storage mode, mine is mot(g: ) but yours may be different. If you have an external SD card installed it will be /sdcard-ext, The internal card is /sdcard so just make sure you transfer the file to the appropriate SD card.
