Nope. Bone stock Thunderbolt, unrooted, with just regular Apps download and no Car Panel or any other docking Apps in my full Apps list... I see it at times in Watchdog, but never as it's own App that I can launch anywhere manually...
FYI: figured out something weird. If my charge cord is connected to the car dock and plugged in to the lighter when I put the phone in the dock it will not active the Car Dock mode. But if the charger is not plugged in to the lighter the car dock mode will activate when I put the phone in the dock. I can then plug in the charger and everything works just fine...
