Sims 3 Pets Bald Bug

So I bought sims 3 pets and really enjoy it but when they do something like sleep/shower/use bathroom they go bald they have no hair.. I was life wtf lol invited girlfriend over and she got in shower and became bald I'm thinking OMG it was a wig run while I have a chance!
