Security researchers have found that 95% of Android devices running version 2.2 to 5.1 of operating system, which includes Lollipop and KitKat, are vulnerable to a security bug, affecting more than 950 Million Android smartphones and tablets.

This isn't good. If the story is accurate all of our phones are vulnerable but the odds of getting hacked is slim, at least I hope it's slim.

Also, for anyone who sees this thread, but doesn't feel like reading through the one that Jeffrey linked, there's a temporary fix.

If you disable "Auto Retrieve" of MMS, your phone will be considerably less susceptible until a full fix can be pushed via software update.
