Download Image 2 Wallpaper from the Google play store and your problem will be solved.

See how the outline with the diamonds indicate what part of the image will be cropped.
It's dimensions are set to resemble a single page wallpaper not scrollable.
I don't understand the problem -
If the crop line border can be moved to the preferred spot - then hit DONE - Cropped view is now home screen - or lock screen -
Does it not work as the new home screen wallpaper?
With your active apps on it?

And now this screen is locked to not move to view pages of apps 2-3-4?
Apparently solved - but still confusing.

That is the problem: I don't want the wallpaper cropped. I want maximum display of the image and for it to the scrollable. Not sure I can explain it better.

That is the problem: I don't want the wallpaper cropped.
II just tried from the crop line view -
crop line can move out to edge of image.
Standard issue photo app.
