Screen timeout while charging.

There used to be a setting where you could make your screen stay on while the phone was charging, but after the last update i cant find where the heck to do it at? Or maybe it was a leftover setting i had from Home++ seeing as i use LP now.

Also on a side note: is there any way to bypass the crop it makes you do before you apply a wallpaper?

As for the screen time out thing got to settings>applications>development and the option should be in there.

no, because it wouldnt fit the screen and would look really weird

I think however, if you were to use a launched replacement and turn off wallpaper scrolling you may get what you're looking for.
