When I plug the Droid in to the car stereo and play music, I would like for the screen to stay on the entire time, so I don't have to unlock it just to change to another song. Is there a quick app/shortcut or widget that allows you to set screen timeout without going through settings? Perhaps like the BB has sound profiles......

KeepScreen (now free) v1.7 Application for Android | Tools works pretty for me. I used to use it for something similar.
