If he is creative at writing, and sent it to Motorola with how the Droid attack him and what not...they might laugh and send him a refurbished unit...heck worth a shot, what the heck are you otherwise going to do with it!

Might be funny to also record you going into Verizon, asking if they do repairs...and then pull that out. The look on the guys face would be priceless. I say record it, because maybe you can get enough hits on Youtube to pay for a new one ;-)

Dunno, by the time I realised i had left it on the roof of my truck and went looking for it, the damage was done.

Yes but it only shoots in 2.1 MP
and the flash is a little iffy

Honestly, if I found it and it was just damaged and working a little wonky, i would be more irritated, when it's this bad, all you can do is laugh and move on. it was my own dumb mistake, just working to many hours and running around like a nut trying to stay on top of things.
