Screen issues

Last night, I woke up to my droid screen being a "lovely" shade of yellow. I rebooted the phone and it seemed to work fine after that. Today I am using my phone and it almost looks like Windows XP fade feature. I try to open anything it loads slow and fades into whatever I am opening.

I am running the latest Cyanogenmod Rom. I've never seen this before. If anyone has any tips it would be MUCH appreciated.
